    We'll deliver your products for free if your order is over £40. Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days, but we'll aim to deliver earlier if possible. If you're not spending over £40, Standard Delivery is £3.49.

    Example: An order placed on Monday, totalling £50, will be shipped for free and arrive from Thursday to the following Monday.


    Option 2: Next Day Delivery.

    Price: £5.49

    We'll deliver your order the next day if it is placed on Monday to Friday, before 12pm (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after tomorrow.

    Example 1: An order placed on Monday before 12pm will cost £5.49 and arrive on Tuesday.
    Example 2: An order placed on Monday after 12pm will cost £5.49 and arrive on Wednesday.

    A urinary sheath is similar in appearance to a condom. In fact, they’re sometimes referred to as condom catheters! You may also hear them being called penile sheaths or male external catheters. They all mean the same! They’re soft, flexible and tend to be made from either latex or silicone, with skin-friendly adhesive on the inside to help them stay in place. A sheath is applied to the penis and features tubing at the end which can be attached to a drainage bag to collect urine. Urinary sheaths are worn externally. As they’re non-invasive (don’t go inside the body), there’s less risk of infection and causing damage to the urethra. Some men prefer to use a sheath to incontinence pads. It helps to keep the surrounding skin dry and can be beneficial in terms of dignity and body image. A lot of men are able to apply sheaths themselves without any involvement from a healthcare professional.
    Urinary sheaths are worn externally. As they’re non-invasive (don’t go inside the body), there’s less risk of infection and causing damage to the urethra. Some men prefer to use a sheath to incontinence pads. It helps to keep the surrounding skin dry and can be beneficial in terms of dignity and body image.     Ugo Sheath is provided in discreet boxes of 7 sheaths – neatly laid out for each day of the week. It's been purpose-designed with less plastic, so it's environmentally friendly! Ugo Sheath is provided with a pocket-sized travel pouch, which is handy for trips away. Our instruction booklet is provided in multiple languages so many nationalities can benefit.
    A urinary sheath should NOT be used by individuals with urinary retention. If the penile skin is broken, inflamed or broken, the sheath should not be used, and similarly with individuals who are sensitive or allergic to silicone. We don't recommend the sheath should be used by men who have a retracted penis where there's no accessible length to fit the sheath. All sheaths use adhesive to stay in place and there’s a risk of skin trauma if the sheath were to be pulled off. This is why we recommend the sheath isn't used by individuals who may be confused.
    Your experience of using the Ugo Sheath will be markedly improved if you’re using the correct size. There are plenty of sizes available (accommodating different girths and lengths), so you’re sure to find the perfect sheath to suit you. Use the measuring tool provided to achieve an accurate fit for a better sheath experience! The adhesion of the sheath may be affected by moisturisers, moisturising soap, shower gel, wet wipes, baby wipes or talcum powder. It's important Ugo Sheath isn't used on skin which is broken or inflamed. There’s also no need to shave the pubic area – this may cause skin irritation. A useful pubic hair protector (included with Ugo Sheath) can be used to prevent any hair being caught underneath the sheath during application and causing discomfort. If your penis is uncircumcised, your foreskin must remain in place when the Ugo Sheath is applied. Please do not use the sheath if it is damaged or soiled in any way. Urinary sheaths must be kept out of reach of children. Only use the Ugo Sheath if you have been assessed by a healthcare professional and this product has been recommended/prescribed for you. You or your carer must also have the ability to fit and change the Ugo Sheath as required.
